Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where's my package?

Each package is crafted and assembled by hand, then packed with care and shipped out, all by one person. Unfortunately, this means it doesn't happen overnight. For more information on shipping times and tracking your package, please visit our shipping information.

2. Do you really make all of this by hand?

We do! Each item is handcrafted with love and strong dedication to professionalism. If you visit our social media pages, you can find in-progress pictures and videos of products.

3. Can I return or exchange items from my order?

As each item in this shop is handcrafted, returns or exchanges are typically not offered, and only considered on a case-by-case basis. For more information, please visit our return policy.

4. Do you do custom work?

Yes! We absolutely love doing custom work; previous projects have included custom/personalized pillows, keychains, aprons, towels, and more! For more information, send us a message, or visit the custom order information section.

5. Will you rush my order?

We are willing to place a rush on orders for an additional fee - typically up to 20% of the total order price. We will disclose the fee before the order is completed. To place a rush on an order, you must first contact me through our contact page or chat function. We will not rush any orders after they have been placed. Please also note that choosing Priority Mail Express Shipping does not change the order processing time. Only the USPS shipping speed will be affected, not how long it takes us to create and fulfill your order.

Shipping Information

  • Current turnaround time from when an order is placed to when the package is dropped off at the post office is listed on the home page of the site, and typically falls in the window of 5-10 business days, excluding holidays.

  • All orders are shipped through USPS, either via Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express.

  • Shipping is currently only available to the United States - if you're interested in International Shipping becoming available, please send us a message!

  • Each order receives a USPS tracking number when it is shipped, which will be emailed to the recipient. 

  • If you're wondering about the status of your order once it has shipped, the easiest way to find your package is to look up the tracking number. If you're still concerned, feel free to contact us. 

  • Choosing Priority Mail Express Shipping does not change the order processing time. Only the USPS shipping speed will be affected, not how long it takes us to create and fulfill your order.

Returns/Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of each product in this shop, returns and exchanges are not offered.

  • Please double check that your order is correct before placing it, as once it is placed it is finalized and cannot be altered.

  • In the event an item is damaged in shipping, or you are accidentally sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the item(s) or otherwise find a solution. You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving a damaged/incorrect item if you wish to get a replacement. 

  • In the event you are extremely unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us. While we still do not generally offer returns or exchanges, we reserve the right to review such requests on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a correction is warranted.

Custom Orders

Custom work is available for many of our products, including pillows, towels, keychains, and more! We also love to hear your unique ideas for personalized items, so don't hesitate to inquire about anything you may have in mind.
